I can't see why... (spoilers)

why would Gu-nam's wife leave the picture of her daughter behind, when she goes back to China?
Obviously she wasn't in such a hurry, as we see her properly dressed and with luggage at the very end.
Anyone has an idea about this?

That's just a fantasy scene after credits - "what if she survived". Station is empty, she'a all dressed up nicely and looks into the camera - a little artistic touch from the director, open to the viewer to decide whatever that means.

Why would there be a flashback after the credits? After the main character has already died?
It seemed like a reveal to me. Not a flashback.

"That was when she was leaving China for Korea."

No it's not.

I'd say it's a fantasy, like Alfred's vision at the end of the Dark Knight Rises or even Inception ;)
It's a bit unreal to think that she's alone getting off at a station and smiling at the camera. The point is Ga-Num (main character) wants to get back to China with his wife's ashes (might be or not - doesn't matter - for him it is). And the vision of his wife getting off the train is her coming back to China. So yea, all this is true or not. Open interpretation.
