Absolutely loved this movie!

Yes, I know this is rather long, but this flick was a great experience for me. The beginning monologue of rabies sums up the entire movie. These men were savages and went to the bitter end. I loved the action and the build up. There were times during the chases where i thought i quit breathing. I thought i had seem it all until I seen this one movie.
If any of you can recommend one like this, please do.

The Chaser, by the same director is similar and very good.

Oldboy, which many have seen (CHRIST, THE ORIGINAL ONLY!) is very good.

Memories of Murder is also worth a look but is paced very differently, impressive stuff though.

I saw the Devil is outstanding.

Those 4 are among my favourite S.E Asian films of that style.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I had seen all the movies you mentioned other than Merories of Murder, which i am looking into now. Thanks again!

Those are Korean movies. South Korea is in EAST Asia.

I have been on an Asian ( particularly SK movies ) roll but i gotta say, i was disappointed by TYS. It started amazing but started to lose focus during the 2nd hour despite touches of genius here and there.

Now about recommendations, you can find a lot on some of the more popular korean movies boards but i'll write down my favorites :

A Bittersweet Life
I Saw The Devil
Memories Of A Murder
Oldboy
The Chaser
