what ever hapened to the little girl they showed her alive and never had any resolution as to whether they found her or not or what happened to her...also why were they trading if they could just find whatever they liked themselves? and then traveellling across country to do so?
shareI think the little girl would have been OK - Simon wouldn't have tried anything when everyone knew where she was. Re the trading, I think James Patterson explained this in one of his novels (unrelated to this film), and it's the same principle as used in other movies (Strangers on a train) and books - that of the person being unable to be connected with the victim, because the other person did the stalking and capturing.
