Luckily my spouse works for a cable company and I get free pay channels. I would have felt terrible if I even paid a dollar through Red Box. This movie dragged on for almost 90 minutes.

Agreed! The performances were very good and the story kept me glued to the screen. It was definitely not your run-n-gun shoot'em up type movie, but it didn't have to be. And I had no problems with the subplots. I think they helped the character development and made the viewer empathize with what the main lead was going through.
