Gore Effects?

I thought the effects were pretty good in this one. The movie was okay but I just enjoy seeing practical effects these days. People are always talking about how bad the after dark films are but at least some of them are okay...look at the junk that gets a theatrical release these days!

Yeah the scene with the face smashed in with a champaign bottle was awesome.

It was awesome.
It was up there with the scene in "Pan's Labyrinth" and "Irreversible" for face smashing. Though both of those made me squirm more.
