Old Tommy/Jim Beaver?

I just watched this movie with my 4 1/2 year old granddaughter (who really liked it), and as a die-hard "Supernatural" fan, I couldn't help but notice that the voice of the adult Sammy sounds a LOT like Jim Beaver. I just kept waiting for him to mutter, "Balls!!" JB isn't listed in the credits, but neither is there a credit for the adult voice of Sammy. Does anyone know if this is JB for sure?
I didn't mind the environmental message at all, and neither did my granddaughter. When the oil slick on the water started going down into the water, getting on Sammy's head, then they showed the wrecked boat, and I explained what had happened, she just piped up with, "That's not good. Who's going to bathe all the animals now??" She got it.
