In My Opinion

Rock on was a good movie and the songs were good too.
But I felt singing by Farhan Akhtar was very bad. He used to stumble on his rhythm in the lines. He totally sucked. The voice was too gutteral(is that right word) i guess. I don't understand why was he praised so much for his voice. I think they should have had used some better singer.

In my opinion, I think you totally missed the point. The band in the movie was supposed to be a college band kind of thing and be rough around the edges, just like Farhan's voice and he pulled it off perfectly like no one else could. They weren't proffesional musicians ya know.
