He can not release a DVD of this film, being how it is non-profit, if it is sold commercially, he would open himself up for a large number of lawsuits, due to the copyright and Licensing laws from the companies who hold them. The only reason they can't do that now is because he is not making any money off it, so you can imagine what would happen if he did start making money off it...
