Too late!

I love all the Psycho films, remake and TV series included but I can't help thinking this doc has come too late, the three major ones, Perkins, Hitchcock and leigh and all sadly no longer with us (granted 2 a long time ago) but i hope there is lots of unseen interviews with them, considering the DVDs for the movies were all pretty bare bones any interviews with any of the actors will be new to me. Iconsoffright, are there interviews with the 3 main ones?

You are right. Now the ones left from the original movie are Vera Miles, John Gavin and Hilton Green (I don't know if there are some others). It's sad this documentary wasn't made earlier and reach Joseph Stefano, Tony and Janet.

I WISH with my HEART that Rob finds John and Vera and they agree to appear in the documentary. EVEN for at least five minutes each of them...

(And I SERIOUSLY hope that they're not hiding from the makers of the documentary for an unknown reason)

While we do cover the original film, the primary focus of the documentary is on ALL the films, mostly the sequels since there's really no information about any of them. Consider this an unofficial sequel to the PSYCHO documentary on the PSYCHO special edition DVD. We do talk a bit about the first movie, but I didn't want to repeat what had already come before. (You guys have seen all that and know all those stories, so I want to give PSYCHO fans something new.)

Hilton Green is in the doc, and we now have a bunch of never before seen Anthony Perkins footage! The Perkins stuff alone will make this whole thing worthwhile.

Don't know where Vera and John are but as always, we're still trying.

Joseph Stefano I contacted shortly before his passing but sadly didn't get an interview with him.

The trailer should be up within the next few days on line, and I'm sure you'll be satisfied with it when you see that.

It's never too late. We're on the cusp of the 50th anniversary, and if I didn't do this, no one ever would have. It will be worth the wait!

Why don't you, like, try to contact them through fan mail or something? There's a site where their home addresses or their fan mail addresses are included. Or through the TV (I know, stupid idea). Or through authorities or anything else that comes to your mind.

I wish you good luck. I'm anxiously waiting for the documentary!

P.S. Hope you at least make mention of Claudia Bryar from Psycho II. Since she's obviously dead, you could at least say something of her reaction about the revealation that she is the killer in Psycho II or at least say something, anything about her! PLEASE!!!!

this is inferior

Spoken like somebody who has yet to actually SEE the documentary. It's good stuff, especially if you're a fan of the sequels as well.
