Who the hell was operating the camera?!!

I only just got this DVD today, so I watched the Special Features disc, and the segments of Tour of the Bates Motel and the visit with the Psycho memorabilia collector, the camera kept moving all over the place, it was worst at the tour part, he was tripping over things, all wobbly, never holding the camera steady! Thank god the segments were really short (which also pissed me off, a 2 minute tour of the motel lot, and NOT even showing the HOUSE?!!) I couldn't keep watching the horrible camera work!! Hope the documentary is good, waited so long for it!!!

The OP was right. The documentary also left a lot to be desired. The docs on the Universal discs are much more informative and interesting.
