2008 MTV Robert Downey Jr. Awards

Not talking about the biggest winner because he wasn't, but they gave him so much attention as if he/iron-man won something (besides that best summer movie so far, what was that all about?)

Not complaining I loved that video with Stiller Black and Downey, it was so hilarious! hahaha... But I did feel that RDJ's special entrens was a bit out of place. But I'm happy for him after all Iron-man was a great movie.

Great show BTW, very funny

I like him, he says okie dokie (Dean)

I think it's because after all the struggling in his life he's done for AT LEAST the last 10 years, he's finally back on top with the RESPECT he deserves for his talent.

Also, The fact he's starring in THE biggest movie of the year (so far =p) and is lined up with another four for the year is a good reason for him to be out there as he was.

Personally the more Downey I get, the happier I'll be =p. <3

I'm pretty sure his big entrance was just a joke.I love the guy and he's pretty much the only reason I watched the awards.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, he is the only reason I turned the program on. XD

That video with Stiller, Black, and Downey had me laughing til tears were falling down my face...."Iron Man makes 3 billion."

Glad to see RDJ back.

That was the funniest part of the whole awards show. I like that RDJ is spoofing himself about the success of Iron Man. But I have to say that Ben Stiller's "nephew" cracked me up especially when he was talking about the Dark Knight! lol!

I think it shows a lot of charecter to be able to make fun of past mistakes... there was a line about being caught in vegas with a hooker and a suitcase of coke, which made RDJ look rather sheepish. But was obviously part of the skit... he's done some bad stuff in his time, but he is back on track.

They should give the Generation Award to Samuel L Jackson! I wonder when that will come.
