Agree, the show isn't that great, but this season has been the best one thus far.

No doubt about it. Whoever they brought into the writer's room is nothing short of a godsend.

No question, they have improved so many things this season, it's just overall got a better tone and more consistent quality throughout.

Agreed. So far I'm loving it. There's very little Lenore, lots of Tonya, Ray and the inner workings of their business and then adding the new guy to the team is just dynamic. Loving this season!
