Spoiler alert! I'm going to say that Lenore....

I think she was too important to the show for her to die. If she had to die, I would have preferred she was found dead at the end of the episode and they made it a whodunit/"Who Shot Lenore?" storyline in the next season. She made enough enemies I imagine. But it also would have been cool if she disappeared and everyone thought she was dead including Sandee who shot her, then Lenore reappears near the last couple episodes of Season 4 and wreaks all kinds of havoc like only Lenore can.

Good riddance to the psycho.

She was more than tedious by season 3.
