mitch is great !
his strong personality accented every situation
i think he adds alot of humor, and if they just keep gary, allison and the 2 boring kids as focal cast, people will get bored of show
bring him back on show, have him get discharged from marines for a medical reason

Let's hope he dies a quick death in the Stan and will never disgrace this show again. He was not just boring but cringeworthy. Had he stayed on, I would have given up on the show because he was so extremely annoying.
I love the show as it now is (MITCH-FREE!) but it'd be nice to have Gary's father and his funny employee back.

I agree. The show isn't as good without Mitch on it. I hope they bring him back soon. Was an emotional send off when he left too.
