Why did critics like this movie so much?

This movie has a 75% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which is very surprising. What is even more surprising is that the first Anchorman movie (which was actually good) only got a 66% rating from the critics. The audience reception is clearly much more mixed (6.3 on IMDB, 52% on RT), so why did the critics like this terrible sequel so much and even more than the original? In my opinion critics more often than not get it right, but in the case of this movie they clearly did not.
