Actually, Dr. Horrible isn't posting to a blog, he's posting to a vlog. This should be called, "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Vlog."

A vlog is a video blog. So, still a blog.

If you want to nitpick:

1) The title implies the whole thing will be shown as him recording the blog/vlog.
2) He's not recording a sing-along video, because the characters who watch it aren't meant to sing-along. Actually, since this is a musical, his singing is seen as speaking to the other characters.
