Glad I didn't read the comments before I tried it...
I was bored one night. Thought I'd try watching. I had a beer and ate dinner while I watched. I used to be a firefighting instructor and was fairly active until I got married in 2004. I started putting weight on and went from 275 to 352 pounds as of March 2016.
I bought a juicer from Costco and tried it out at the beginning of March. Kale, carrots, beets, spinach, apples, cucumber, pineapple and a lot of trial and error. I figured I'd try it for a week and see what happens....heck, it's only a week out of my life. I didn't give up coffee (just removed sugar), gave up white rice and junk food. Once a week I had a cheat day.
As of today I'm 304lbs and still losing weight.
