Phil gained all the weight back

That was distressing to watch. Phil moved to Detroit, went back to truck driving, got married, got divorced, and gained all the weight back.

The movie was more or less a commercial for Joe Cross's online community. It wasn't as engaging and it relied heavily on the first film to keep it interesting. There were a lot of callbacks to the first film which just made me want to watch it again instead of this sequel. It was at least nice to have gotten an update on some people from the first film. Except Phil. Poor Phil.

Yea..he was eating Wendy's 3 times a day. That's crazy. I think he even looks bigger than when he first reached out for help. I was really pulling for him to have kept the weight off. He came such a long way. My girlfriend and I have just discovered that we have health issues and decided to watch the 1 and 2 tonight. We were so excited to see Phil's results after the first one that we decided to pull our juicer out of the storage and start the challenge. Then we watched the second one and we noticed the main character put some weight back on and Phil got bigger. Regardless, we are still going to do the challenge. We ate too much yesterday.

Glad to see someone with common sense. If you go to extremes, you set yourself up for failure when you try to go back to normal. Better to avoid the extremes in the first place and find a way of life that you can stick with forever. But you can't make a popular documentary or sell juicers with that approach.

This is really sad to see. I don't think it made what he did in the movie any less credible. Lots of people fail numerous times. Lots of people struggle with weight gain on a continuous basis, though poor Phil is an anomalous category of fat.

It's really sad that he put all of the weight back on, after all his hard work.
