I don't think he is advocating a permanent juice diet, that would be insane. He is only temporarily juicing fasting.
Pulp and fiber matters!
You should juice your vegetables and blend your fruits. Fruit contains sugar which when drank as juice you may aswell be drinking a coke. The sugar hits your system and it's metabolised into fat pretty much straight away.
However vegetables juiced hold lots of benefits. The main one being that your body is flooded with vitamins and minerals within minutes.
If you can afford it buy both.
