They Should Have Used the Same Actors
As a number of threads here seem to agree on, the actors who play the older versions of the the Mossad agents do not look as much like the younger versions as they should. I had trouble following who was who; the only way to figure out the women was the scarring they had on Helen Mirren's face confirmed she was the older version. I assume the producers felt they needed more established stars for their film like Helen Mirren and Tom Wilkinson. I readily acknowledge that they are great actors. However, with modern makeup techniques there would have been no problem aging Jesica Chastain, et al. thirty years. (Good Example - Geena Davis in "A League of Their Own") It's very difficult to make someone appear thirty years younger, so you would have to go with the young cast only. It would have made the story easier to follow.
