Fine performances across the entire cast.

This is difficult subject matter, to realistically portray a group with a long-term musical relationship overlaid with personal and professional issues each had. I can't find even one weak performance here. You may not like some of the characters, that is part of the drama, but it takes a fine performance to pull that off genuinely.

I thought Hoffman stole the show, as he tends to do. I felt Walken could have done with another scene or two. Given that he was the one going through the greatest ordeal, his story seemed a little sidetracked. And he didn't have any family? Weird.
