DVD Commentary Multiple Versions?

There are apparently three different DVDs: the Region 1 (U.S.) version (florid script font), the International Region 2 (Europe) version (block letter font), and the Italian Region 2 version (all case text in Italian). It's rumored the Swinton/Guadagnino commentary (or interview?) is not the same, that there are at least two different ones (and since Swinton speaks English, her part is comprehensible in the U.S. whether or not the rest is).

Can anybody confirm or deny any part of these rumors about multiple versions?
