Pretentious Crap

What a mess this film was. The script was non-existent, it was dull, pretentious, melodramatic and cliche. The only good things about it were the score and the cinematography.

While it may have been all the other things you called it, I don't believe it was "pretentious," an attribute all too often given to many movies (and books and so on). It was pretty unapologetically melodramatic... without pretense I thought.

The script was meant to be minimal, the editing, camerawork,locations and music fill in.

grab my pro homosexual. cinematography, the acting may be cliche sometimes but it was good.

agree that score and cinematography lifted it into a different league.
the first half was intriguing, before the melodrama kicked in, but i would've been happy to switch off after the first 1hr.

Pretentiuos isnt what i would call it, but purposeless and dull it was.

I´m sorry, but what is exactly pretentious...!!

I´m very tired to read that all of that has a not stupid and flat plot is... naturally..... PRETENTIOUS....
