Edo's letter to his mother..
OBV. SPOILERS:
I scanned all the pages on this board and didn't see one topic even mentioning the letter Edo wrote by the pool that he gave to the housekeeper to give to his mother. What contents were in this letter? He obviously had something very important to tell her as he mentioned this too right before he fell on the side of the pool.
Edo became very depressed right after they decided to sell the company and seemed to not be able to find the main people he trusts for support (Mother, Antonio), except for his sister, Betta.
As for other posts regarding Eva holding her stomach at the end, I interpreted this to be her having a miscarriage due to the emotional stress of Edo's passing, but that's probably because I'm a 'glass half full' kinda guy.
If anyone still reads this board and has an opinion on Edo's letter, I would welcome them back to the allure this film conveys. Melodramatic it may be, but I really enjoyed this stylistic, slow-burn, tension-building gem.
