I appreciated

how it didn't rely so heavily on DINOSAUWS! the whole time. There was a satisfying amount of exposition when it came to telling Driver's character's story. Also, there's plenty more that can go wrong on prehistoric Earth than just DINOSAUWS! so good on the filmmakers for making this movie more interesting than I was expecting. I'm not saying it's a masterful piece of cinema, but it got me out of the house on a boring day off and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
