This movie is great.

It's like a hidden gem.

Been a while since I laughed at the screen like this.

I have ordered my copy and cannot wait to receive it and finally see the movie. I still do not understand why it was not released onto the cinema screens.

I loved all the actors who played secretaries, hilarious.

People who can't laugh at this movie really need to lighten up a bit.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

Keep trying to sell a few copies shill. Most viewers didn't laugh because it simply wasn't funny.

I saw what might have been the only theatrical screening of Demoted at a film festival in Michigan a year ago . Audience found it hysterically funny!

I think it's hilarious...I've never screamed, laughed & cheered (all at once) like I did when the toilet exploded...It couldn't have happened to a better a**hole!! Thnk of Rodney & Mike as Hawkeye & Trapper John & Kenny as Frank Burns & you'll understand it better...

Did anyone catch the "ALIAS" references, especially to the famous blue boxer scene? And the brush pass with the key? And how funny was it to have the guys sitting in a bar watching "Desperate Housewives" instead of football, and then to have Michael Vartan's character rush home early so he can watch a football game on his fiancee's TV??

It's a very funny movie, but it's full of tiny moments that build up...My favorite scene is the one where a distraught secretary comes into the break room and falls apart, weeping hysterically because of a one-night stand with one of the other office jerks, and pours her heart out to Mike & Rodney...They start out giving her Kleenex and as her descriptions of the sexual encounter get more & more graphic, Rodney starts sliding in his chair and using the Kleenex to wipe his own sweaty palms..."It was just like a..Disney movie," wails the girl...
And then Rodney & Mike go after the low-life jerk who hurt her - with Rodney going all "Jack Bristow" on the guy - with a STAPLER!!

It's probably not a blockbuster, but it's certainly a lot of fun...And having those glorious sun-kissed shots of Michael Vartan's perfectly-round naked peaches on display near the end is the puddin' next to the pie...

I have received my copy of the movie and loved it. I still cannot understand why this movie didn't get a wider release. The movie had a great message and intelligent humour.

you guys really need to work on looking less obvious as being plants/shills. the movie isn't bad by any stretch. but the stuff you are typing is laughable. it's immediately obvious you have a vested interest in the film.

I beg to differ. Although the women who play the secretaries were okay, every male character in this film was a detestable douchebag. I know the two main characters were this way so that they could grow and become not detestable douchebags, but they didn't. I don't think I laughed once. I did a lot of eye rolling though.

Don't try to cash in love, that check will always bounce.

Nah. That's way harsh. I laughed my head off watching this movie. It was outrageous and meant to be outrageous - which was great fun!

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The humor was juvenile, but it still made me laugh.
