Does anyone know where I can find one?

The Amazon product page states subtitles: English. Language: Spanish.

Unfortunately, the subtitles are tiny and the dialogue is often rapid-fire, so I had to pause and back up quite a bit.

Can't help you really. The ASIN in the strings are not the same, subs in mine were OK.

That's OK. I'm able to get through the subtitles as long as I occasionally pause and rewind. Thanks.
