Salli and Keith- Gargoyles reunion

So am I the only one to remember Gargoyles, the animated show. Keith David was the noble gargoyle Goliath and Salli was the human cop who aided the group, Elisa Maza. They fell in love and it was a very drawn out romance that was extraordinary for a Disney kids program. It was actually very sophisticated and complex for a kid show. So here they are playing father and daughter and that kind of weirds me out a bit. And yet they are actors and it is not the first time that has happened in movies. They are both very talented, happy to see them work so regularly.

I'm a bitey, Mad Lady or Sexy, because biting is like kissing except there's a winner.

You're not the only one. I remember Salli Richardson & Keith David from Gargoyles too. Loved that show! It was one of the reasons I got inspired to become a full-time novelist, and one of the reasons I started writing African-American fantasy fiction. Loved how the stories were complex and the characters were multi-dimensional. One of Disney's best programs.

it doesn't weird me out to see them playing father and daughter; they are actors after all. And actors play different characters all the time. They had fantastic chemistry on Gargoyles, and it's a delight to watch them act in anything.

I missed Pastor Brown on Lifetime, but I'm looking forward to seeing it on DVD. I always try to buy any movie with Salli Richardson in it. She always gives a great performance.
