It would appear to me that this is where actors who were in successful films with talented (and now extremely famous) people come to die career wise.

Tia Carrere - Wayne's World - Mike Myers
Stephen Tobolowsky - Take your pick
Chris Kattan - Night and the Roxbury - Wil Ferrell

With that kinda talent involved it must be truly awful!

Chris Kattan - Night and the Roxbury - Wil Ferrell??? Hardly Citizen Kane, not quite Orson Welles.

Tia Carrere - Wayne's World - Mike Myers??? Not Casablanca or Ingrid Bergman.

Stephen Tobolowsky??? Another character actor whose name no one knows.

You'll have to do better than that.
