Are the punks in the masks that throw the molotov at him, the same kids that bully him and call him names earlier in the film?

not positive. but i thought they were different kids

No. I am pretty sure the kids who teased him in the beginning were the indian kids that he passed on the playground shortly after meeting Papa. The kids at the end were white.

Nah there was one Indian, one African and I think other was Mexican and a white kid.

But no, they were not same as the gang ones.

There a lot of Mexicans in London/Britain? Doesn't seem like there would be. It'd be odd to hear a Mexican speak with a cockney accent.
