since they were traveling at superspeed, wouldn't the guys arm and head get ripped off for poking it out?

cuz hes travelling at 400 million miles an hour it would be like sticking your hand outta a super sonic jet but 100000000x9999999999 times faster , how would it be possible for them to even be at the hatch with it open yet pulling him in without them being sucked right out.
shareThe only reason that would happen in a supersonic jet is because his body would immediately hit a bunch of wind resistance. No air in space, thus no head/arm ripping offing. However, rapid decompression and exposure to the vacuum would be almost as bad. Gas bubbles in the blood stream = nearly instant death.
Of course, given the title of the show, there's no guarantee that any of it actually happened.
