I'm trying to collect every intel, gold and tome in the game but I would like to know, after you've completed all the missions and the entire game, are you able to go back and tour through Midtown and Downtown and all the other levels and side missions to find that stuff? And if you do, do all the enemies respawn? Thanks...

I've already finished the game, and the answers of your questions is :

1- are you able to go back and tour through Midtown and Downtown

1- no, you're not able.

2- to find that stuff?

2- after you complete about 70% of the game you will see that in the next levels you wouldn't need them ( in the final levels gold and other stuff will disappear, so you have to collect them before you achive 70% of the game ).

3- Dont !.. use any cheats or trainers because you will spoof the joy of the game, it's easy ..play it to the end and you will see.
