Looking forward to this, but it came and went so quickly!
There was no reason to put Major Kusanagi into that dorky pink body suit. Got a flash for the fanboys -- women don't take their pants off to fight.

The trailer had that breathtaking dive from the skyscraper, but whatever happened to Yoko Kanno's brilliant music?

It went away because - simply put - it was not a good movie, and less so an homage to the original story.
