This film isn't gonna win any awards, the special effects weren't all that special... It's really easy to ding a independent-zero dollar budget horror film on all of these things.
This film had a GREAT cast. I totally felt the lead actress was an aged porn star making her last flick... I felt the whole cast worked well together. The story line was as basic as one can concoct, the ending kinda blew... But with a movie of this type, there really isn't any need for a fan-damn-tastic story line. Watch any of the "Wrong Turns?" The plot is essentially "stay alive". But whatever... This kind of film will illicit reviews like davemore3 above me, and I can tell I'm sure to be in the minority... But I saw something different in this film.
What can I tell ya... For me at least... I was never bored or wondering when this movie would end. It entertained ME... Start to finish.

You're not alone. I watch a LOT of zero budget movies. This one looked good and the acting/directing was strong. Script had some obvious weaknesses but it wasn't without some strengths.
In the end, I believe, it was a sincere effort and I enjoyed it.
I don't think the thread starter really watched the movie, or if he did he might need a couple more go arounds in school before he's any kind of person to ask about what they just saw.
Since he doesn't really seem to get acting. Which in this film has room for improvement but he's acting like it was terrible. He couldn't read the very basic psycho plot, which really is pretty basic and boderline (yet still entertaining), and also has never looked in the dictionary on how to define the term "senseless".

If I had went to the theater to watch some much hyped big budget block buster, and seen this movie, I would have been disappointed. As it turns out, I knew what I was about to watch and was expecting something far worse than what I got. Judging all movies with the same expectations is, well it's just immature. Not all film makers can be Bay or Lucas, and even the ones that can be those guys have to start at the bottom. Rather it is due paying or just making movies the way you want to, low budget movies can reveal some gems and future stars. Not all are good, not all are bad but if you don't have your movie "decoder ring" to help you know what you are looking at, you might not want to watch them in the first place.
