Does anyone know anything about this coming to the United States on DVD, or where I could find out?

Unfortunately there is no news of an American release. It looks like The Hogfather's UK release and America release was almost a year apart. Hopefully we will not have to wait that long for Going Postal . . . hopefully.

Oddly enough, although it is not linked with a "buy it" button, amazon carries the region 1 DVD:

I just picked up a copy at Barnes & Nobel, so they sell it, too.
