This Film Didn't Really Work Unfortunately

It had all the potential in the world. The performances were fantastic, the music was haunting yet beautiful, the cinematography was superb, etc. The reason it didn't work, at least for me, is because it literally feels like we're dropped into the middle of a story and then yanked out of it. It's like a middle with no beginning or ending. I would have liked to have seen them when they first started their journey and the transition to winter and then have a legitimate resolution.
