Incredible Actress in this movie--

I just saw this movie recently on tv and realized that the actress that plays "Amanda" is Michelle Santopietro--who is in one of my favorite films "Two Family House" with about eight other members of "The Sopranos", which she was also in--she played the hitman Mikie's wife, Jojo in it. I thought she was really from New Jersey for a while then saw more of her work.

Well, you wouldn't even know it was the same person in this film. This actress is incredible. She truly captured the horror these people were experiencing--just on a whole other level than the rest of the cast. Someone else mentioned the facial transformation she makes somehow from start to finish, jeez it was pretty incredible. Have to say they were right. You wouldn't even know it was the same actress from other films and television she's done.

I love period films, and love the stark/harsh winter backdrop of these type films. Some said it was a bit slowmoving, but I disagree. I think it was all about the characters and their personal journeys. Watch it for this actress's work. Won't be disappointed. I'm a fan.
