When the time frame of this film, the 70's ? 80's ? or recent years of internet ?
I mean aren't there any street cam or parkinglot cam to record any activities from many angles of the views ? SO it might not be hard to identify any other suspect such as the junkie femme ?

This was taking place in France around 2007/2008. In Europe there are no surveillance cameras at every street corner/store like in NYC.
