What happened to the forklift?

In one of the trailers there was a forklift with a machine gun mounted on the front, was it just lost in production?

There were a couple of levels that were tossed out of the game, including the ones with the cut scenes with Tyson Rios's wife. You can see here a voice actor that did her voice, but you never see her in the game. That's why. From what I understand, there were 3 levels, and they are going to be re-vamped and included into the next game.

i remember seeing a preveiew of the game before its release, and there was a scene where Rios and Salem were in some sort of briefing, and Salem kept falling asleep, and Rios had to wake him up - but that wasnt in the game either

actually, I've seen a bit that had Rios and Salem on a plane, and Clyde had Salem at gunpoint - but that was never in the game either
