Sorry, i little confused. Can anybody explain it.

Why snow fairies cant cross the border? While in 1st movie they (Cera, Minister Of winter And 2 Snow Fairies)came to pixie dust tree when Tink looked for her tallent.
And who is Lord Milory? Is he the new minister of winter?
Why pixie dust tree cant product the dust if it frozen? While in lost treasure pixie dust came from the moonlight and the Blue pearl.

Sorry. I wacthed all tinkerbell Movies yesterday. And i found many question. Please can someone explain it? I cant sleep today because of it.
