Best scene in the film

When Mark is being examined by the Doctor Talzani. Branko Djuric and Colin Farrell make this scene work brilliantly. The tension as to whether Mark will be deemed able to survive his wounds just puts a huge reversal on the previous scenes. First he was the observer now he is the wounded man being judged by the Doctor. Branko Djuric's entire demeanour and his voice are completely captivating as we listen to his casual remarks about amputation, wounds, and war. Farrell isn't given much to do but he does all that he can to make the scene better. I totally buy into the scene, and while Christopher Lee's scenes with Farrell are almost as good as this scene, this sticks most often in my mind when I think of "Triage".

Yea I really loved that scene, quite gripping. My favorite however is at the very end when Colin Farrell finally lets go of the blue and yellow tickets of death and life. To me it kind of signified that he is ready to transition from grief to the moving-on phase.

I agree. He lets go of his guilt as well, I think. Or at least it's a step towards that.

You two are weird. Would you like some cocaine?
