If this movie was a person it would be an idiot

Just from the trailer this movie sucks. A doctor kills his patients? What the hell? Why would he do that, yes, they are dying in torture but no doctor would do that with a freaking gun, wtf? there are a million more ways to do it for a person not to suffer, especially if you're a doctor than shooting people with a gun. This is insane, whoever came up with this concept deserves that doctor to be his doctor.
