Vidia seems to be on good terms with Tinkerbell

In the first movie she hated her

In the second movie near the end there seemed to be some kind of apreciation with the face expression

SO WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN THE SECOND AND THE THIRD?

i saw the first and third before the second so i always waited for this "fight" between the two to be settled.

She never really hated her. She was being mean to the new girl the same way high schoolers do. After being punished, I'm sure that she tried to be nicer to everyone. In the sequels, she still has an attitude but isn't evil.
