How did the cop at the scene of the murder come to a conclusion that Yoon Do-joon killed the girl ?? We only get a shot of the cop staring at the dead girl's face and the next moment he's arresting the son. Did he find the golf ball off-screen ??

Yes he's connected by the golf ball. Which isn't a strong case but they don't care.

Didn't they say that a man walking his dog saw him following the girl as well? It was something like that.
