Where would this story have gone if Jeremy wasn't a tool?
Happy Leap Day, everyone!
I was watching this movie, because I love it and I thought 'what better excuse than Leap Day?' Anyway, I was thinking how much would it SUCK if Jeremy had turned out to be a wonderful person instead of the shallow, materialistic tool-bag he turned out to be at the end? It's very convenient that he showed his true colors when he did... But then again, that's how these movies always go, so I expected nothing less.
I just wonder what Anna would have done... Would she have stayed with him, even though she had real feelings for Declan, until she grew old and grey, just because she had made that decision and she was sticking with it? Or would she have honestly picked him because she thought it was the logical thing to do?
