misogynic

I never knew women can also be misogynist. The female writer humiliated the main female lead character so much in every scene, as if she is bad news, she is a disaster, she is no good in anything, she is silly, she is a no-brain idiot, she messes up everything..... The female writer thinks it would look cute that the main character is soooo goofy, and public will roll on the floor laughing. Hell no, you moron, it doesn't. It only says how much you hate women, that you have to humiliate them using your pen and in every scene. Then she ends up with that condescending obnoxious guy, who has a charm of a sheep and constantly looked down on her and had absolutely nothing to be attracted to. That dude doesn't even know how to treat a lady. I don't know how women's psyche works, but criteria of a life-partner is definitely not some self-conceited aloof smug red-neck bum from hell. Shame on you.

I would agree with everything you said if this was real life. However, this is merely a film meant to entertain, so don't take it all seriously. There's countless movies where the lead characters end up together and she accepts a proposal from him although they've been through awkward situations and they barely know each other. But the point is: it's a work of fiction! Don't try to take life lessons out of comedy films. Also, goofiness doesn't necessary stem from misogyny. ☺
