The CIA's mind control program was supposed to have been discontinued in the 60's, but as is evidenced by this movie, it most certainly wasn't.
The CIA are a bunch of ruthless dogs who literally get away with murder, then just deny it.
Congress assigns them a "black ledger" limit which is higher than the rest of the armed forces combined. And it would seem that the mere mention of them is enough to brainwash people now.
There was/is proof that the CIA have been, and are involved in taking leaderships all over the world, they're funding factions in the Middle East now, and we know of their involvement with Noriega and also trying to put one of their own into power in Iraq despite the fact that the bloke hadn't been there in 20 odd years!
This organisation makes me sick beyond belief, and I'm glad they're nothing to do with my government. (Even though they probably are)
