What happened to Doc Hudsen?

there is something that is called doing research first.

Just my opinion, but after Paul Newman died, rather than try to replace him they chose to not have Doc Hudson in this one.
However, George Carlin also passed and someone else is voicing Fillmore, so....I don't know.
