What did he say at the end of the movie?

He said "He's our first. And there won't be anyone like him. Ever."
Then she turned to look at him wondering what he meant and saw he had the black Screamer eyes and realised she was carrying a Screamer baby.

I had to replay it 2 or 3 times to fully hear what he was saying. It was a bit muffled or something but yeah, vondiesel-1 got it right. Not sure why he said there won't be anymore like him, however.
