You are right.. When I first seen it on cable that is the first thing I thought, had to be Seagal

because Steven Seagal movies, even 'True Justice" series, still make more sense than this script did...

I think the big guy may have had his troubles in the foot chase scenes, but I would have loved to hear him read Shakespeare to that class of kids. I'm sure that graffiti student would have copped a worse flogging from SS.🐭
